Rare Gem Stone Collection
Program Terms
10 - 20 RINGS
Rare Collection includes:
Display pad, fitments, P.O.P. (counter top easel card, in counter
name block, and gemstone information cards) ad materials, tracking/replenishment
form.
TERMS
30 days on reported sales. Initial investment is broken down
as 30-60-90-120
CUSTOMER’S REPLENISHMENT OBLIGATIONS
Stores will report sales and request replenishment weekly or
as necessary. Participating retailers are required to provide
a P.O # for the replacement item. The request will be made by
completing and submitting the tracking form and sales history
on Rare merchandise weekly via fax to 416-630-8062.
OUR REPLENISHMENT OBLIGATIONS
We agree to replenish items of similar price point for each
item reported sold. This replenishment will be processed and
shipped on the same day the tracking and sales history form
is submitted.
We will agree not to send the same item twice unless specifically
requested, depending on availability.

IN STORE P.O.P. PLACEMENT
Participating retailers will be encouraged to use and display
the support information i.e. the in counter name-block, counter
top easel and newsprint ad slicks.
ADVERTISING OBLIGATIONS
Participating retailers are encouraged to submit at least one
of the Ad Slick formats to their local paper for news print
advertising.
This is designed to increase awareness of and promote the exclusive
nature of this exciting opportunity.
STOCK ROTATION
We will agree to swap out the entire collection of unsold RARE
gems semi-annually, to maintain a fresh, clean assortment. This
will encourage your staff to regularly promote these items and
increase the excitement at store level. This will encourage
you to repeat or re-submit the provided advertisement materials
to your local papers.

Tanzanite, Fire Citrine, Garnet, Mexican Fire Opal, Chalcedony,
Iolite, Kunzite, Aquamarine, Ammolite, Ceylon Sapphire, Tahitian
Pearl, Topaz, Morganite, Tashmarine, Rose Quartz, Moonstone,
Peridot, Amethyst, Prassiolite, Chrome Diopside, Tourmaline…
